What is Golden Milk?
With it’s roots in Ayurveda, Golden Milk is prized for it’s healing and anti-inflammatory qualities. Our signature blend brings together the warming spices of turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves, along with black pepper & healthy fats for absorption. Starring Tremella ‘The Beauty Shroom’, Lion’s Mane mushroom and Adaptogenic Ashwagandha. This nourishing drink can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Drink regularly for maximum benefit.
How do I make it?
Take a tablespoon of Golden Milk powder and drop it into your favourite mug. Some choose to make it on milk, others just water – it’s totally up to you. Stir in a bit of honey (or not), give it a really good mix and wallah! Now all that’s left to do is sip, relax and let the herbs and mushrooms work their magic.
What does it taste like?
Our Golden Milk is warm, nourishing and slightly earthy. We added a bunch of our favourite Ayurvedic spices to do the heavy lifting in the flavour department, while coconut milk powder, MCT and collagen make it nice and creamy. With no added sugar or sweeteners, you have the freedom make it your own. Enjoy on water, milk or a combination of both, either way it's a match made in heaven.

Interacting with the nervous, immune and endocrine systems to fight fatigue and prolong the phase of resistance, in turn resulting in mental clarity and longer lasting more sustained energy, with no crash.
